At Love Bliss n Gifts we gladly stand behind our products 100%. If you received something that you are not in love with, please contact us with 5 days of receiving your order to discuss credit. Any claims to product quality or broken items will not be processed after 5 business days of receiving products. Please check packages when it arrives and report any issues to with the subject stating "CLAIMS" Love Bliss n Gifts may ask you to send the damaged product back at our cost or a picture may be taken of the damaged product.
Any credit received will only be applied to your purchase price of the item, not the shipping fee.
You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund as no refunds will be given without prior approval. Emails will be sent out when your package has been delivered.
What we do not offer returns on:
-All special order items with any personalization including but not -exclusive to items with engraving, embroidery, invitations and other custom stationery.
-All sale items are final.
-All cake toppers and banners.
-All favours that come with personalized tags or labels.
